I didn't get my magic-link email after paying

Spam folder check + how to request a fresh link.

The magic-link email comes from Supabase, not from us. It usually shows up within 30 seconds of your Stripe payment clearing. If you don't see it after a few minutes:

  1. Check spam / promotions. First-time emails from a new sender often land there. Mark as "not spam" so future emails go to your inbox.
  2. Check the email address you paid Stripe with. Stripe sometimes uses a different email than the one you typed at /get-started if you have an auto-fill billing email.
  3. Request a fresh link. Go to /login, type your email, click "send link." A new one arrives.
  4. Still nothing? Email kenny@hyder.me with the email address you used. I'll generate a link manually.

(Edge case: if your Stripe email and your /get-started email differ AND you typed a typo in one, Supabase has an account on the wrong email. Email me — I can merge.)
