Go to /client/<slug>/billing-portal (or directly /api/client/<slug>/export while signed in) — clicking it downloads a single JSON file with:
- Every lead, including UTM tracking + click IDs
- Every activity row (what we've done for your dojo)
- Every location, integration, pitch
- Your current site content + every prior revision (yes, every AI edit you ever made)
- Billing: active SKUs, subscription history, AI token budgets, every top-up purchase
Integration secrets (OAuth tokens, API keys) are intentionally NOT in the export — those rotate when you cancel a SKU anyway.
The export is timestamped so you can track changes over time. Most owners download it monthly for their accountant.
