Data subject request
Under GDPR (EU) and CCPA (California), you have the right to know what personal data we hold about you, to receive an export, or to request deletion. Submit a request below — we'll verify your email address and reply within 30 days (usually 5 business days).
What we hold: leads submitted via your dojo's site or ours, account login records, billing records (kept 7 years for tax compliance), and activity logs.
What we don't hold: payment card data (Stripe), health data (we don't collect PHI), biometric data, or anything you haven't submitted directly to us.
